Dionni entered the mortgage industry in 1998, straight out of college. She started off entry level and within three months was recognized for her hard work and immense value in the closing department. From that point on she flourished in the industry, learning new and different roles such as processing, post-closing, and selling on the secondary market for correspondent lending. She became licensed in 2001 to originate mortgages as a mortgage broker. By 2004 she had incorporated her own mortgage brokerage in Florida and began to grow DS Financial Services, Inc.
She moved to Texas in 2006, and eventually stepped away from her career to raise her daughter for several years. She re-entered the mortgage industry in 2011 as a loan partner where she prequalified, processed and managed front-end operations. Since 2019, Dionni has been happy to be back to her roots as a mortgage broker!
